Methods of payment: We accept all of the following payments: Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept cash, checks, or COD at this time.
Sales Tax is only applicable to orders being shipped to California. Shipping and Handling The shipping and handling charges are for all standard 7 to 10 business day deliveries. These charges are calculated based on the order total. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories add $10.00. We also offer Express 4 business day delivery for an additional $10.00 (We are sorry that we can not offer Express to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories at this time). Orders placed by 12:00 noon PCT will be processed that day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon PCT will be processed the next day.

Order Changes To make changes to an order that has been submitted to our Store site, please contact our Customer Service Assistance at support@rikochetlimited.com If your order has already shipped and:
-You would like to order additional items, please place a new order for the additional items on our Store site. -You would like to cancel or exchange items, please follow our Exchange/Return Policy.
Exchange / Return Policy All Refunds will be given in exchanges credits considering the nature of the return within 10 days of purchase date.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS/EXCHANGE ON CLOSEOUT OR FINAL SALE ITEMS. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!
Returns on orders that has received free shipping will be charged for shipping costs once returned, and free shipping is good for one time only. If an exchange is made, the shipping costs will be applied once the order has been shipped. If you did not receive the free shipping on the original order you may qualify for free return shipping.
Orders that are shipped and refused by the customer are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non refundable. Credit card charge backs: If you find a charge that you believe is Fraudulent or you do not recognize, please contact us first at support@rikochetlimited.com Processing a charge back costs us a minimum of $50.00, you will be responsible for this charge if the card company rules in our favor.
